Returns & Exchanges

At CURIO at Faena Bazaar, we strive to ensure your designer selections are perfect; however, we accept returns on unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and high-jewelry pieces may be designated as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Processing

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our Faena Bazaar boutique, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
